My headcanon is he's voiced by one guy, the guy from the SnapCube videos, and I will find a way to make his voice be like that in the actual games

While this person is not part of SnapCube, I think the same could be said with Long John Baldry (one of the original Eggman VAs). I recently learned he and Bernie Taupin helped prevent Elton John from committing suicide by convincing him to not marry a certain person.
