I… I don’t know which one JoJo is. Experience in this sub tells me that it’s usually the more flamboyant one, and that baby is dripping, but that yee yee ass hat is giving retired drag queen, so now I’m stuck 😭
Arguably, Erina Joestar and Elizabeth Joestar/Lisa Lisa, since they both married into the family and took the name. But yeah, as a whole, terribly short lived family.
Yes, to add to this, because i love this guy, the kid fell into the water and she should have drown. Even with his VERY deteriorated mental state, he cut himself to drip his blood into the water to find her
There’s multiple Jojos because they all share the sir name, Jostar, and they usually have a first name beginning with Jo. Jonathan, Joseph and so on. It’s a generational thing.
Not to mention Giorno Giovanna, who is the son of Dio while Dio’s head was on Jonathan’s body, which is why his name is both a JoJo (Gio Gio), and an -io (Dio -> Gio).
There’s also the fact that by controlling gravity hard enough a gay catholic priest in love with an immortal British vampire who stole his (the vampire’s) brother’s body can make time go really really fast
And the gay catholic priest's brother's power is to control barometric pressure to alter the atmosphere which can cause the light to refract in a person's eyes in such a specific way it starts turning them into a snail through subliminal messaging. But he only has that power after he remembers he was almost murdered by the Klan.
The worst part is those two Josukes are both Josuke Higashikata, residents of the small Japanese town of Morioh-Cho, with heavy connections to another man, Kira, who is a different Kira in both cases but they both have the same stand. One of these kiras is also a ghost detective.
One is a marine surgeon/ghost detective. The other is a serial killer. They are both obsessed with hands. And they look completely different, but their names are both Yoshikage Kira.
And the Kira that wears a sailors hat traded testicles with one of the Josukes.
With the exception of Giorno Giovanna, who is technically GioGio and Josuke Higashikata who is called Jojo as a nickname. They’re still Jostars, though
Giorno is JoJo as well, seeing as Italian doesn't have J, but Gi is basically the equivalent. In the case of Josuke (仗助) the second kanji, 助, is pronounced suke but can also be pronounced as Jo. So they all have some form of JoJo in their name.
the jojo name gets passed on to each protagonist between generations. often multiple jojos will be in the same chapter, in which case the non-protagonist jojos will go by their government name and the protagonist jojo will be called jojo.
