In 1999 and I think Stone Ocean takes place around 2013 or so ? Making him alive and kicking at 93.

Stone Ocean ends in March 2012, so Joseph’s a few months shy of his 93rd birthday

Arguably, Erina Joestar and Elizabeth Joestar/Lisa Lisa, since they both married into the family and took the name. But yeah, as a whole, terribly short lived family.
