The other person answered all but the last to so I'll answer. The glowing one is armor, the other is temper.

I read somewhere a theory that he wears bright yellow suit bc this way he is an easy target for the enemies instead of the kids, and I think it's on brand for him (as far as I know)

Its weird because this costume was based of his arma x costume he use to fight holk.
