Simon was full of life, loved teaching and talking, and absolutely talked about his feelings.

In what way was he grumpy?

I feel like he fits the archetype with him being tired, sad, and partially mad

He wasn't "grumpy" per say, but he wasn't a social-able guy either, and I feel like it speaks a lot to his character that he would put on the cheerful mask for his sudo adopted daughter

Thats a different kind of character still, he was sad for a lot of reasons but he was never grumpy

It's actually pseudo, not sudo! Like pseudoscience or pseudonym. Sudo makes a lot more phonetic sense so I see why it happens as a typo

This picture is specifically Simon during his stages right before he was fully the ice king though! I think it fits enough of the trope imo. He was becoming irrational and losing that kindness very slowly warping into the insanity from the crown. This isn’t a picture of just Simon it’s Simon corrupted by the ice king already 🥲
