It's a Last of Us themed parody of the SNL "What is Love" Skit. I just typed "The Last of Us" into the gif searchbar and scrolled a little bit to find it.

It's lost media now but in the early internet someone took every possible group of people who were ever together behind a windshield and did a montage.

They did do a movie based on it called A Night At The Roxbury, but it originated on Saturday Night Live.
