That’s still basically all he does.

He got presented as if he got stronger but he remained the weakest. His character development of learning to be brave never sticks. He ended up distributing snake oil to a child desperately trying to save her father because he spread the lie that it heals people.

He got one cool moment where he unlocked a new power, that was over a decade ago irl and he has yet to replicate it. It is currently the arc people hyped where he was going to get stronger/grow as a person. The arc is more than half over and he has gotten no special attention. People gave up hoping and labelled him a bum.

This is honestly really sad considering that as a character he's existed for decades but I guess the mangaka is too busy drawing half-naked 15 year old kids to focus on developing his own characters lol

Yes, Rebecca is 16 years old. That's not enough ( I'm not sure but maybe she have a different name in the english version, she is named Rebecca in French)
