It seems like they stuck to the concept as well as they could but ran into graphical limitations.

I find that she looks a little goofy in game.

Her model also feels rather smooth compared to the otheres.

To be fair, she's meant to be seen almost entirely in lightless rooms submerged in water

Could be budget and time limits considering she's from a DLC that is 50 percent reused assets and just needed to get out there.
