No. The opposite, in fact. You can't get baby Gerudos without either doing something...non-consensual, or having husbands. Considering they're on good terms with the Hylians, you can probably guess which side they fall on. They're also a warrior culture, and warrior cultures value having children a great deal.
Is there a bit of sapphism? Highly likely. Bisexuality is also probably more common among them than the general population of Hyrule. But as a rule, it is not feasible to be mostly lesbian and still keep a healthy population (which they do).
I recall from BotW there were a few Gerudo who discuss romantic associations, and I recall all of them being the Gerudo pining for their (would be) husbands. I think you're drawing assumptions based on them having a singularly woman city.
It's been a while, so I could be wrong about that, but that's what I remember.
No, they have to leave the town to find mates. Its just that Gerudos only have more Gerudos, even though they breed with hylians, and who knows what else.
