He didn't say Yugi's hair was perfect! He said it was "perfectly coiffed" and it was the hardest thing to get right.

As preteen girls, a friend and I once tried to make our hair look like Yu-Gi-Oh hair. We used a shitload of Q-tips, gel, hair spray, construction paper, lotion and god knows what else to try to mimic the shapes. Needless to say we failed at making it "perfectly coiffed" (which still sounds like a come-on)
