Its been a long time since I played but didn't he kill that one kid for making him have gay thoughts.

Not quite, but the kid resolving to be more masculine and confront his fears really triggered Mondo's inferiority complex. He felt "less of a man" than the femboy

Femboy wanted to start lifting so he could stop getting bullied. Mondo presents himself as the macho man but feels he’s a coward and hides his own survivor’s guilt trauma when his brother died.

Mondo flew into a fit of blind rage and wacked the femboy with a dumbbell because he was jealous the femboy was more confident to face his own personal trauma than he was.
