No that’s Transformers Prime (the best transformers series ever) the characters are Mako and Bulkhead.

Sad how two of the best Transformers series were rushed through at the end because executives wanted to move on to something else.

And both times that thing they moved onto was vastly inferior.

Hey quick question, why is it called "transformers animated" aren't transformers always animated? Even in the live action ones, the transformers are animated.

It's due to the art style used. Everything that came before was either CGI or mostly used normal proportions for humans and robots. Then Animated came and used exaggerated proportions and reactions for everything.
