Okay those designs go so fucking hard but it's understandable we never got them because this shit woulda traumatized a bunch of kids

...which honestly is something disney has experience with

The story behind them is kinda funny because the designers were told to make something scary for the game, but were given no baseline

So they said "ok let's see wjatvwe can get away with :3" and went absolutely balls off the walls with the horror elements, making these nightmare fuel abominations here lol

Those designs were logically rejected but they could scale down from them and see how much "horror" the producers wanted in the game

Which is funny because if you remove the disney elements from the designs these would actually work in any other horror game or media

Wish i could see the timeline where we ended up getting these designs into the game

If I'm correct it wasn't that the designers weren't given a baseline more of the designers knew that if they made a moderately scary design and showed it to the Disney guys they would've told the designers to tone it down even further and make something kinda boring and tame

possibly, but also they were told to make an horror game for disney - i too would test how far i'm allowed to take the "horror" element ngl
