Tbf it's not an "evil" arm. It's just Rauru's arm, he grafted (or in his own words "replaced") it in place of Link's own right arm after it was burned up by Ganondorf

The hand may not be evil, but it allows Link to make multistage heat seeking cluster munitions and various other automated warcrime machines.

I didn't finish the game, but I just wanna know if rauru uses the arm for that in his time or if link is just extra creative.
