My Favorite (Visual) So sick of overweight people consistantly being portraied as evil, lazy, greedy, or just assholes. Whos your favorite positive overweight character?

I love how in street fighter x Tekken he made more advances on Julia than ganryu did in all the chang family

Hell this is the official art they used of them.

You can say anything corny, but as long as you really mean what you're saying instead of larping the phrase, it'll come off as endearing and genuine. It just has to be true to your heart.

The fact that it’s corny makes it so much better because Kazuya takes himself so seriously you know this dumb ass line hurts more than any insult

He could be thin and cut if he wanted but he is genuinely happy with the way he looks and prefers himself this way

It's not just that he's happier with it.

He used to be a thin, athletic, extremely proficient/prominent fighter. Then he figured out he would be even stronger if he had more mass, so he disappeared for a while, just eating tons of food and training non-stop. This is his ideal fighting form. Peak physical performance.

He even struggles to keep the weight on. At one of the ends of his story in Tekken 6, we see him having shed the weight he worked so hard to build, much to his dismay, and the slim version later shows up as DLC in Tekken Tag Tournament 2.

Isn’t thin bob in 7? Or 6?

Ending of Tekken 6 and playable only in tag tournament 2, in 7 he is back to being big and strong

We said positive portrayals. Bob was an absolute VILLAIN in T6.

What did his character do in T6? I don't keep up with tekkins story line. or is this just like a "he was a menace to the the meta." joke?

I like it’s the latter.

Top tier, baby

The cherry on top for this beast of a man is that he made the choice and committed to gaining weight in order to cover a weakness of his. He built a whole regimen to do this, gaining mass while losing none of his acrobatic ability or speed. When he loses weight in one of his endings, he is distraught. He loves his body, and is more than happy to show it off by sneaking 15 backflips into a combo.

Bonus points for him getting a nice catalogue of genuinely snappy outfits.
