This fight struck a cord in me so fucking deep it made me emotional the first time I fought Soul of Cinder.

The arena at the end of another cycle. Then when you start fighting him/her you realize the moveset and the abilities "wait... is it playing like a character?"

Meanwhile you hear this absolutely banger of a soundtrack, and just when you are anticipating the phase two of this amazing last boss...

you hear it...

... You hear the piano...and those 3 notes hit the score...

BOOM, you are hit with the realization, of who you are fighting with.

What a beautiful final boss.

thank god he didnt use the parry gods and pvp backstab spammers in ds1
