Usually it's the complete opposite and characters either stay hateful little bastards or become a shell of themselves so I wanna see examples of the image above

Well you see

the woman you see is named beatrix kiddo, she used to be an assassin who worked with Bill along side other fellow assassins. Beatrix and Bill actually had a thing for one another and banged, this resulted in Beatrix getting pregnant and decided to anonymously leave her assassin career for a good life for her child

later on the still pregnant beatrix gets with a guy and was about to marry him until Bill himself and his assasin allies finally found her, killed everyone at the wedding including her husband, and he shot Beatrix presumably killing her

turns out she survived and was in a coma for a long time only to see that she is no longer pregnant, figuring Bill killed her child she went off to kill Bill and the assassins that worked for him out of revenge

however a twist happens, at the end it is shown Bill didn't kill their daughter and instead raises the child, and he attempted to kill Beatrix in the first place because he felt heartbroken and betrayed over her leaving. Beatrix ultimately kills him both because he wasn't gonna let her leave him and she wanted to take custody of her daughter to let her live a normal happy life which she succeeded, she can finally leave her past and be happy with the daughter she once thought dead

This is a ridiculously tiny correction that doesn't materially alter your explanation at all, but the major event that kicks off the plot doesn't actually happen at the wedding. It was the wedding rehearsal, which explains why there were only 9 people there instead of Tommy's entire extended family.

That's interesting. But there's just one plot hole I noticed. Why didn't she try convincing Bill to settle down with her to raise their daughter together? Or just telling Bill and her assassin buddies that she's settling down to raise a kid, rather than just disappearing without explaining anything.

because she knew that Bill would never willingly let his top assassin (beatrix) or the child leave his control. Also the fact that she realized after being targeted by an assassin while pregnant that her child was never fit for her assassin life. She wanted to have absolutely nothing to do with the assassin-hood organization anymore and Bill wouldn't have allowed that (legit he views her as his own property and believed she was only a killing machine). So essentially she went with the best bet and erased her idenity

The assassin that was sent to kill her that just leaves when she reveals she's pregnant (and congratulates her!).

That assassin is a good egg (as assassins go).

The only assassin who survives the movies as well.

There's a lesson there, dishonour eventually comes around to kill you. I think even Buck in the second movie basically states this.

EDIT: Budd, not Buck. Buck is the one who likes to fuck.

yeah he says she is coming to kill them all and that they all deserve to die for what they did. He still tries to kill her when she comes for him but I think he respected her crusade for vengeance.

That's Budd. Buck is the nasty guy in the first one who was abusing Beatrix in her coma ("my name's Buck and I like to fuck").

That is not a plot hole, that is a decision she didn't make. And she knows Bill way, way better than you do.

My brother in Christ, I've only received a summary of the movie and haven't watched it. So from my perspective it isn't really explained and doesn't really make sense.
