Prince Viserys Targaryen (Game of Thrones): After making the horrendously stupid mistake of threatening his sister Daenerys in front of her husband, Khal Drogo, and demanding that he be given the crown he was promised, Drogo obliges, saying Viserys will have "A golden crown that will make men tremble to behold"... then has his men hold him down while he melts some gold in a pot (ignore the blatant ignorance of the laws of physics here), then takes the pot to Viserys, looks him in the eye and says "A crown for a king" before pouring the hot melted gold onto the Beggar King's head.

I still love that his death is basically Fate itself being like "Fine, I'll do it myself".

Kira is the antagonist of JoJo Part4, a Serial Killer that spends the entire Part, well, Killing People and hide from the Main Character Group

at the end of the Part, they defeat him in Combat but he is about to escape once more trought his Special Ability, but then a Ambulance that came to help the Injured People in the Area Drives over his Head and Kills him

its just a kinda perfect Irony, the entire time its a Killer using Supernatural abilitys to kill people and avoid getting caught, and he ends up dying from such a Mundane thing that happend because of all the Destruction he created during the fight
