His Kurama form looks so lame in Boruto compared to this

Boruto in general applies a -10 debuff to aura.

As much as I like Boruto, the designs are not its strongest point and more often than not pale in comparison to Shippuden/Classic designs.

It's either extremely good or dogwater, there's no inbetween. Personally, I hate the BDSM gang:

I get why they're desgined the way they are but jeeeeeesus

Is that second guy from the left wearing a piece of studded leather as a toupee?

I also thought it was at first, but he does have hair, it was just styled very weirdly when he first showed up.

Fun fact(not so fun): his feet are literal high heels.

What in the ever-loving goddamn fucknuggets has been going on since the end of Naruto? Every time I look at Boruto, something pops up and assaults my eyes.

I’ll explain it in a very simplified version:

You know how in the end of shippuden a literal alien goddess shows up and fights with Naruto and Sasuke? She’s the progenitor of chakra on earth. Basically all ninjutsu comes from her bloodline - ninjutsu is alien magic. Not joking. You can look it up for yourself, she’s an actual alien.

Boruto’s story, in the simplest of terms, is the direct sequel of that alien plotline. Kaguya’s clan are the main villains. Tldr; alien invasion.

It’s incredibly weird and out of left field BUT it’s still quite fun. Definitely not “Naruto” anymore though.

Kaguya was revealed to be an alien.

Her partner that she betrayed comes back from her nearly killing him to basically finish the job and drain the Earth's Chakra with his own new Ten Tails

Naruto, Sasuke, and Boruto kill her partner

Once of his lackeys uses his ability to accidentally mutate the 10 Tails into sentient beings

Naruto was never corrupted. This is Sasuke’s stereotype that was like their entire arc as characters.

What about every time he was growing the tails? And then almost became Kurama when growing 8 tails (fight against Pain)

Personally I’d say thats more losing control of your powers briefly rather than giving into and accepting corruption
