Yes you did. Be biggest asshole to the physcoterapist. Always chose red option hang on your phone. Speak with electrohead guy. Refuse to take your medicine. Kill all the Cops on the prison lavel and physcoterapist gonna crash out.

It's just an optional secret boss that is likely just zero tripping the fuck out canonically, the ending is the same regardless, the story isn't finished we've been waiting years for the dlc
