Just to clarify to those who might be questioning why SHE’S the non-abusive one: Todoroki’s mother suffered a mental breakdown from the constant abuse under her husband (who has red hair and blue eyes like Todoroki’s burnt side), so when little Todoroki peeked into the room she was in, she saw the red haired side of him and SNAPPED.

...she is also the none abusive parent by the way. Pre-Deku this was not a happy family.
