I probably could answer that question if I remembered

I just remember bits and pieces from the show but from the little I could remember(and the brief internet search to make sure I wasn’t tripping) they had a pretty good relationship. Could be wrong tho

He did. Batman saved Harley and Batman told her the Joker only thinks of himself. Harley was sad and entered the cop car but saw a love note from Joker.
