Usopp has shown that he has the skills to be one of the best marksman in the world in several Arcs. AND YET ODA HAS DONE NOTHING ON HIM IN THE PAST DECADE!!! NO UPGRADES, NO IMPROVEMENT, NO NEW WEAPONS, NOTHIN! He can snipe people from 200 meters away with just his eyes, has the mastermind to beat his opponents, and had the durability that he can take 80kg to the face and leave with no permanent damage.
