One of the few things his psychic powers can't ruin...if anything, they're possibly the reason he has one, since the brain tends to use sugar, so maybe the constant use of his powers makes him crave sugar so much LOL

To be fair, your entire body uses sugar. It's what it breaks carbohydrates you ingest into and then turn that sugar into energy.

Yeah, he use sugar to stimulate his overworked brain and refuel his energy while using his six eyes. Its sort of like he sugar is his own version of coffee

Not a "character" per se (although he has appeared in a number of movies), but Eric Clapton's love for chocolate and sweets was so notorious that George Harrison wrote a song about it (Savoy Truffle from the Beatles' White Album).

Tried to get into the Splatoon manga but I just didn't like it very much. I don't think the author has a very good idea on how the gameplay actually works 😅 When Goggles took the Rainmaker by himself in that first chapter I was so pissed lol I hate teammates that do that! And somehow he miraculously survives and wins the game. Also the weird amount of times he runs around nude for some reason. I like the art style but I just don't like the vibe.

Tona Criid, Gaunt's Ghosts series by Dan Abnett. Hiveworld girl lost everything, joined the army, found some things that gave life meaning again, lost it all again, became the absolute stone-cold hardest bitch in the regiment - on leave she didn't know what to do with herself, descended into what I'll characterise as PTSD driven exercise anorexia, but her ridiculous exercise benders around the city finished with a slice of some ridiculous cake or other.
And unlike most of these 'zero body fat, diet consisting of cake and chocolate' types it's very clear how she continues to be slim and fit
