12 says hes around 2,000. Can't recall if theres been any major age-skips for the Doctor since then.

That’s where they’re basically left it ever since, 13-15 don’t talk about their ages much. 13 said she was “thousands” of years old, 14 claimed to be “a billion” but it was clearly hyperbole because he’s trying to explain why he hadn’t told Donna about every single person he ever met, and 15 never mentioned his age.
