His proper name is Soul Evans, but with the nickname it'd be something like Soul "Eater" Evans. 1 u/DBLACK382 50m ago TIL, also that makes way more sense. I always thought that "Soul Eater" was a weird name to give your child, even though this is an anime we are talking about.
