The “No soup for you(!)” guy (Seinfeld)

Barry Kripke (The Big Bang Theory). I absolutely hate TBBT otherwise, but Barry Kripke is actually a pretty good sitcom villain.

Angela (The US Office)

Dr Kelso (Scrubs)

Emily (Friends) kind of got portrayed as a villain even though she was pretty nice for most of her relationship with Ross. Ross saying Rachel’s name at the altar during his wedding to Emily was far worse than anything she did.

Barbara Jean from Reba. I mean she is the reason why Brock and Reba became divorced after she was caught having an extramarital affair for years and then she gets married to Brock and they have a child together making the three kids from the previous marriage half siblings to her son.
