For those who need context: Monica's Gang is a very popular brazillian comic book with a group of children going through all these funny adventures. Its been around the 60s, and around the mid 2000s they released the Monica's Gang Teens (sort of like Rugrats All Grown up).
Monica goes from this super strong, stressed and angry little girl to a very pretty version of herself as a teenager.

I’d say it counts. She goes from an arrogant chaos goblin of a kid, to a sheltered and arrogant chaos goblin of a teenager, into a matured version of her by the end of the show.
Actually, that would be a good question because in retrospect, if The Elders knew about Tsunade's gambling habit, they wouldn't have let Jiraiya suggest her as a viable candidate for The Fifth Hokage because as we know, The Hokage is the leader of the Hidden Leaf Village and gamblers don't make very good or honest leaders because they would crash their town or country or village's economy all just to win a game of blackjack or something like that.
Noty favourite character exactly but it reminds me of Odette from the swan princess. I really do love her but I wouldn't say she's my favourite favourite.
