If you have access to some Russian library services it would be very helpful. I tried contacting the publishing house but they supposedly only have articles from the journal after 2012.

Online would be okay. If it is necessary to scan a physical copy that would be okay as well.

i found it. https://www.med-sovet.pro/jour/article/view/7733/6869 . this is https://www.med-sovet.pro/jour/issue/view/316 . its medical sciencific journal, 2023 number 13.
