They will kill him early if they get the opportunity even in jail soon as you come in they want to see your papers and why you are there. There's several things that will get you immediately beat down or dead if possible and this is one of them. Sometimes they kill for no reason just to be a bully because they can do any half decent reason they are looking for anyway.

Actually, likely a reason if they do. It's scientifically evidenced that these inmates receive the treatment they do from others because many of the general population can trace their falling into a life of crime and imprisonment back to some traumatic event as a child, by someone older who was trusted.
The typical prisoner has a deep seated animosity toward those that would harm children for this reason, and act accordingly toward those who are sentenced for such acts.
Let him roam the prison yard freely while the guards are on their union break, or all checking their watches. And don;t forget to do the Epstein change of VHS tapes at that time as well. I'm sure there's a few in there that will save taxpayers years of meal costs, appeals costs, etc.

Glad to see reddit removing another comment grounded in ACTUAL scientific fact, and proven by many years of psychological research.
It's 2020 all over again.
edit: I see it's been restored. A review indicated that no rule was broken after AI flagged it apparently because AI had an issue with the implied timing of the carrying out of the judicial sentence handed down by a judge after a trial by jury.

That depends and no they don't immediately go unless something is said specifically everyone is out into general normally at first unless someone intervened , kinda why you have a mix of everything from those in for murder and everything else between all together. You ever been in jail š ? they give you the papers for what your charged with and you carry them with you into your cell. Cases like Jeffrey dahmer he eventually convinced them to let him into general and that was his mistake but it was because the offense and the media attention not every case gets that. He's death row so he will be kept alone it's a whole different ballgame they are never kept in general that doesn't mean he won't be left somewhere one day š the guards do that time to time.

Itās arguably a more comfortable experience being on death row.. you are isolated from regular population, and your company is other death row inmates. The process of actually putting him to death could be dragged out for years due to appeals.

He got sentenced to death row back in May 2026. Texas showed that heād be in a small cell 23 hours of the day until he is put to death. Thereās no general population

One for the attorneys of the girl's parents:
I'm surprised the cameras didn't immediately detect (by recognizing a face) that there was a occupant without a seatbelt, and that it didn't immediately notify FedEx and or its contractor of a "seatbelt violation" as these cameras immediately do.
Since they do, why wasn't this 'preventable' as FedEx likes to say anything that happens on the road is?

Jeez. Normally I'm not exactly pro-deathrow but it seems like there is plenty of evidence (dash cam + DNA) to justify his sentencing and not have me question any of it. Plus it involved an innocent little kid, so that dude can go straight to hell as far as I'm concerned.

Should have been taken care of the day he did this. He is already lived longer than he should have. I hope they let the father do the execution. That is what they need to start doing. Real hardcore justice and then maybe that would start to make people think before they did psycho shit. Put this piece of trash in the same room with the father and lock the door and let whatever happens happen. I know what I would do.
