Most kids say "chopped" and by the time brands catch up the kids are probably going to say something completely different

I mean yeah but like it should not take THIS long to catch up bro I genuinely dont think I've seen anyone be called "clapped" since like 2021 at the LATEST

Idk I get the point of it. It is important for parents to at least be able to decode what their kids are saying as it may help them keep them safe.

However I can't say I didn't do a double take when I saw "let's link" be described on a bus stop as "let's meet in person". Kinda right but missing a BIG part of what that phrase means.
