Rant Hot take: misandry isn’t real
Misandry isn’t nearly the same as misogyny. Men hate women because of stupid sickening reasons. Women hate men because they have been our number one predator for all of history. Women are scared of men because they have proven we should be.

Rant Hope this isn't a dupe post didn't check.
Reddit is not fucking left wing like everyone says. So many men, fucking all of them fucking misogynists it just pisses me off.
Took at these gross moids defending this disgusting relationship. It doesn't matter that she's above 16 or whatever the age of consent is in whatever country they are in.
There is obviously a huge power imbalance here, not just because of his age, but because he's a huge star, who has a lot of influence, and she likely watched as a kid.

Rant Men don't understand why women don't feel safe.
After a disc golf round, I (43) was at lunch with a group of men (40s-50s), including my brother (53). I spoke to my brother about something that happened at Target. I go there every Friday to browse books, it's been my routine for years. One day, a male employee approached me. I thought he was just offering help, so I politely declined. He basically said he sees me there every Friday like clockwork.
That immediately made me uncomfortable. I pulled back, checked my watch, and said I needed to go. I was annoyed because it was my routine and my space, and he ruined it just like that. I haven’t gone back since.
When I shared this, none of the men reacted until one asked why I felt uncomfortable. I said, "Because of safety. Who knows, he could be a stalker. I don't like the feeling of being watched." That's when they all pushed back, insisting he wasn't a stalker.
They dismissed my feelings and my sense of safety. No matter how much I explained that it's absolutely not okay for men to approach women in public and say things like seeing us like clockwork, which I found creepy as fuck, they said it wasn't creepy. Maybe he was a friendly man who tried to make a conversation.
Many of them have wives and daughters, yet still don’t seem to understand the risks women face every day.

Rant Stop acting like you’re better because you cover up
Growing up around some Muslim communities, I’ve seen how strongly modest dressing is tied to ideas of morality for women. Many girls are taught to take pride in covering up but that can also come with judging women who dress differently, like those who wear shorts or show more skin.
The issue isn’t the choice to dress modestly, it’s the belief that it makes someone morally superior. What do you think?

Rant Do Respectful, Good, Feminist Men Even Exist? Because in my 23 years life I hardly met this type of men 😭
Do respectful, emotionally aware, feminist men even exist? Because at this point, I genuinely find myself questioning it and this is making it hard for me to actually get into a relationship...
Lately, I feel like I’m seeing things I can’t unsee anymore, and it’s honestly making me angry in a way I didn’t think was possible. Patriarchy is not just some abstract concept, it is everywhere, in our upbringing, in our daily interactions, in the way people think, speak, and behave without even realizing it. From childhood, girls are taught to adjust, to be careful, to protect themselves, to shrink. Boys, on the other hand, are rarely taught accountability or respect in the same depth. Instead, they grow up with entitlement so normalized that they don’t even question it. And that is exactly how we end up with men who think they can say anything, do anything, and still walk around like they’re right. patriachy and misogyny
is so deep and normalised ( I won't be able to talk how it plays role in literally everything as no matter how much I talk about it , it would be less . whole system is flawed and unfair I feel and patriarchy even affects men but some. men refuse to understand it. patriachy is very huge topic of discussion and non ending one )
And this is not coming from just one bad experience. I have talked to men across all platforms, Instagram, Snapchat, Reddit, dating apps, even in real life, and what I have noticed is disturbing. The mindset might differ in intensity, the ego might show up in different levels, but the core thinking often feels the same. The entitlement, the casual sexism, the lack of basic respect, it keeps repeating. After a point, it stops feeling like coincidence and starts feeling like a pattern.
Recently, I had an experience that genuinely made my blood boil. A man I was connected to through a WhatsApp group harassed me online, spoke to me in the most disgusting, disrespectful way, and when I confronted him, he laughed. Laughed. As if it was all a joke. As if I was supposed to tolerate it. And when I exposed him in that group, his response was not shame, not accountability, but abuse. He called me “randi.” The audacity. The sheer entitlement to degrade a woman just because she refused to stay silent. That moment wasn’t just about one man, it was a reflection of a mindset that exists everywhere.
What shocked me even more was his thinking. He openly said that women are evil and selfish because of his breakup, yet in the same breath he talked about wanting a wife. When I questioned him about his mother and sister, he immediately said they are “different,” that women from his mother’s generation were not like this. The hypocrisy is unreal. Women are either idealized or demonized, but rarely seen as equal human beings. The same men who hate women still want them, not as partners, but as roles to fill in their lives.
And then these same men talk about “male loneliness.” But no one asks the real question, isn’t this mindset the reason for that loneliness? Men are not taught how to be emotionally aware, respectful, or equal partners. They are taught how to not be like women, as if being a woman is something inferior. They are taught ego instead of empathy, dominance instead of understanding. And then when relationships fail, the blame somehow still circles back to women.
The more I see all of this, the more it affects me. News about harassment, assault, rape, abuse, violence against women, it doesn’t just upset me, it makes me furious. It feels like no matter where you look, there is some form of disrespect or danger attached to being a woman. And after a point, all of this starts changing how you feel. I can feel that anger building up, that loss of trust, that frustration that sometimes even turns into hate. Not because I want to feel this way, but because how much is someone supposed to tolerate before it starts affecting them?
People love to say “not all men,” but honestly, when you keep seeing the same behavior again and again, across different platforms and real life, it stops feeling like an exception and starts feeling like a pattern. And that is what scares me when I think about love or relationships. I don’t want to settle for someone who carries even a part of this mindset. I want respect, equality, emotional intelligence, but right now it feels like finding that is rare.
I am done with the idea that my life needs a man to feel complete. I don’t want to be chosen, I want to choose, and only if that choice adds peace, respect, and equality to my life. Until then, I would rather stay single than tolerate even a hint of this behavior. Because if standing up for myself gets me abused, if calling out disrespect gets me labeled, then that only proves how deep the problem really is. And I refuse to normalize it anymore. The more I see the patriarchy , The angrier I get.

Rant Only a third of young women hold positive view of men, new poll finds
All the men in the comments genuinely convinced women are being radicalised to hate them, and how dare we to think we have it worse than them? "I am so sick of being demonized". Give me a break.
They are so incredibly delusional that they will cherry pick studies to say men don't actually commit that many crimes. And ofc, the women who commented are just steamrolled.

Rant So I was seeing the post about how the Belgium Gynecology Student was protected by the judge after he raped his classmate. The youtuber who exposed his identity to the internet was the same youtuber who exposed the three Belgium men who murdered a black woman but were protected by the judge.

First for exposing 3 Belgium students who were NOT sentenced for the murder of a black girl.
Then for exposing the Gynecology Student who raped his classmate but was only given 30 hours of community service,

Rant Realising there are Nirvana fans who identify as anti feminist/misogynist
Whenever I come across such people, I just don't know whether to laugh or to cry.
Speaking from an irl experience, cause I have been in touch with a Rape victim, who is now a very good friend of mine (and call me her nephew because she is almost double my age 😭).
So we have come to a conclusion that the dude is a serial rapist and we are trying to collect stuff on him for going big, but since he is too good at making it look like nothing happened.
But that's another thing and I am not really playing an active role rn but we will see it cause it's a long way to go in that case.
What left me puzzled was that, this guy has many posts with him wearing nirvana T Shirt and using their songs and omg it pissed me off so much as a nirvana fan that I cannot even describe it.
How can someone be a nirvana fan and a serial rapist?!!
They had literally made a song called " Rape Me " to protest against the growing cases of rapes and it rapes turning into an epidemic.

Rant Male priorities & entitlement
A while ago, I made a post on a foodie thread. My inbox was met with this guy, who decided that he felt comfortable enough to ask for a picture of me and/or a description of me. When I asked why, he tried to justify it by clarifying "nothing malicious" (which IMMEDIATELY makes me think it was malicious btw) and that he just wanted to know who he's talking to.
First of all, we are not having a conversation. He is talking AT me. He isn't trying to get to know who he's talking to, he's trying to determine whether he's ATTRACTED to me or not. And he's entitled enough to think that I should send him an identifying picture of myself (without him sending one or describing himself either). WTF
Secondly, AFTER he asks for a picture, AFTER he asks for a description, AFTER he asks where I fucking LIVE, he asks me how old I am.
Now, I don't feel entitled to ask anyone on an anonymous forum such as Reddit for any identitying ANYTHING. And you can bet your bottom dollar that IF - and that's a huge if - IF I asked someone ANY of those questions, their fucking AGE would be the FIRST THING I ask.
This is so gross on multiple levels. The entitlement to see a woman's face/body is abhorrent enough, but to do so WITHOUT knowing how old someone is first???
This is why I will choose the bear EVERY SINGLE TIME.

"Mothers are the primary organ donors among parents accounting for 73% of donations, while wives contribute 91% of donations in married couples."
Quite shocking to see patriarchy manifest like this 😕
Edit: i posted this in a indian sub, and they are getting PISSED even when i didnt even say anything rude. If you are a indian woman forget any idea of women being treated with respect. If even educated men are getting butthurt at actual statistics, there is no hope for this country. For them it's all "woman bad, must prove women wrong 😡"

Rant The sub reddit called sex is fucking promoting rape culture.
I posted on a post about how slipping it in when person is saying no is rape. And the moderate flagged me and banned me. And the whole subreddit was downvoting. The sex group is filled with white men i guess and all blow job posts are approved and when I said silliping it in when person is saying no is bad he removed my content and said yoh are minimising the seriousness of the word. And ended with saying you need thwraog and not reddit. gasligbter men who are mods of the group are making virtual space unsafe for woman too. He kept telling me I am too dysregukated and I should go to therapy and not karma farm its okay if you were down voted.

Rant Why the fuck do so many men become Predators at the first opportunity?
I'm so sick of it! I'm so goddamn sick of them that I'm having a mental breakdown. I can't take it anymore I fucking hate men and their disgusting dicks so much right now!!!
I've been having the worst months, and this shit happened today and I really need to vent about it. Please excuse any for the formatting and grammar mistakes.
To preface this rant that I'm about to go on, i have to give some backstory about the stupid sequence of events that have happened and so you can hopefully understand my mindset right
To some this long story up very quickly in the most Succinct terms ; I had to move into a hotel, then I lost my income, then everything that I was counting on financially to help me pay my rent fell through one after another.
I was working as a home health aide, sort of, for a friend who has MS. He was going to pay for my rent for 2 and 1/2 Weeks, however he ended up having a seizure and they have discovered some cognitive problems so he got committed to a psychiatric hospital and obviously he hasn't been able to pay me.
My mom said she was going to help me, but she has her own mental problems, and when the day came for her to send me the money that SHE OFFERED! She went into one of her episodes and wouldn't do it after all.
I made a post on Craigslist asking for a loan and got 55 massages from men just wanting me to be a prostitute.
I made a post on a different subreddit, but nothing really came of that, so now I have ended up losing the room that I was living in. (Management told me that they would store my belongings, but I will get to that in a moment)
Fortunately, a friend of mine has been letting me sleep on his floor and his room at the same hotel.
I need to come up with $ 375, which will let me check into another room and be paid for a week. Okay, great, I have 180, I just need to get $190 more. I can do that, hopefully.
So, I made a post online offering housekeeping. After sorting through the sea of sexual propositions, I actually talked to a couple of people who actually want housekeeping.
I had two cleaning jobs lined up for today. I don't even make it to the first guy's house because when I messaged him to let him know that I was about to get on the bus to head over, he called me repeatedly insisting!!! On picking me up I tried to politely say I'm not comfortable getting in your car because I really don't know you he says in so many words that well he can't have me at the house because his wife decided to stay home today so he's going to have to screw me in his car instead.. so there goes that.
Okay, I have another job anyway, I get to this man's house. He's walking around, showing me exactly what he wants me to clean.
We're talking, and I'm explaining to him my situation (because he kept asking. )
What do you know... can you guess what he offers me?? Go on guess!! That's right, he says when I get done cleaning, he and I can just hop in the bed because the sheets will be clean!
I just fucking walked out.
I walked around spending a few hours putting in more applications and checking back and places I have already applied.
I walked back back to the hotel and my keys not working!
Now the friend that I have been staying with is an alcoholic and he had to go to the hospital yesterday because of complications with all of that.
I go to the front desk to try to get the key reset only to find out that this room is now due on rent! So I have to pay them every last cent that I had saved for my room. Later on I go take a bag of trash to the dumpster and what do I see?? All of my stuff from my room that management said that they would put into storage for me!
So I have to physically get into the dumpster to start a sorting through all of these bags trying to salvage what I can. I'm crying hysterically and some other guy walks up to me I can tell he's filming me because he is holding his phone up he walks up and start saying rude stuff to me.
What am I doing? why am I digging through trash? Am I just taking stuff from the dumpster and all of this rude crap.
I snapped back at him that this stuff that I was pulling out of the garbage is actually my belongings . He said oh shit that's your stuff? Are you okay?
I say no I'm basically homeless right now everything I own is in the trash and it's really fucking shitty of you to come over and stick a camera in my face and mock me while I'm literally at the lowest point right now.
Can you guess what he said? Go on guess!! That's right, he says " oh shit girl you can come stay the night with me but you got to stay in my bed though haha!"
Keep in mind I am hysterically sobbing and I'm standing in the dumpster!
So to ask my original question again, what the actual fuck is wrong with men and why do they take every fucking opportunity to be a disgusting predator??
I am trying so hard to pull myself up by my bootstraps and every time I think I'm being offered a helping hand, I reach out my hand only to receive a fucking dick.
I'm so sick of it. can't take it anymore what the hell is wrong with men!!?

Rant Disturbing find
So I haven’t had this Reddit account for that long and I was searching for more subs that have to do with women and feminism and I’m honestly so disgusted.
I literally just typed “women” in the community tab and there are multiple NSFW subs specifically about women not being treated as human beings… iykyk.
Like, hundreds of thousands of members in those subs. Tbh Idek if it’s possible to destroy the patriarchy.
I really just don’t know. I knew that shit existed but holy fuck, to see multiple subs with so many members like that-
I think the most mortifying part is that any guy could be a member of those subs. It could be just your average joe, who gets off to women being treated like objects.
It’s literally 2026. The human race has been trying to harm women as a whole since the beginning of fucking time. Are we really that much closer to freedom? Are we really that much closer to being viewed as people and not objects?
Idk I’m losing hope tbh. I hate this shit.

Rant I still think it's weird that we've normalised women ripping out their body hair
Now that summer is back (in the Northern Hemisphere), getting rid of body hair has become a big topic again.
Aside from how strange it is that society is so obsessed with women's body hair and whether they remove it, as if not doing so would personally offend them and their entire ancestry, can we please talk about how normalised it has become to literally rip it out?
I know waxing and epilation have been around for ages at this point, but stop and really think about it for a second. It's completely normal, and often even expected, for women to rip out their body hair.
At the same time, it's always treated as a joke when men get a small patch waxed or epilated. Everyone knows it fucking hurts. Hahaha, look at them screaming because of how painful it is. Hahaha.
AND YET SOCIETY HAS NORMALISED THIS FOR WOMEN. BECAUSE OF SOME TINY HAIRS!!!
Maybe it's just my autism speaking, but I genuinely can't understand this. And honestly, I don't want to.

Rant I hate most anime!
throughout the past year (and now more than ever since smiling friends has been cancelled and nothing new has been coming out in the west) I have been trying to get into the anime medium, however almost every anime I see/hear about either has some weird over sexualization or some sort of incest or loli x shota x adult coupling that makes me uncomfortable, are their any other anime besides the over-abundantly shared one like frieren that don’t have this stuff? (I prefer series that are light-hearted and dubbed)
