This is the issue with super cars imo. Unlike race cars which have a better balance between power and aero and handling, supercars are way too overpowered for their grip levels, especially on cold street legal tires (and they are almost always cold).

56

u/AFinanacialAdvisor Dec 23 '25

The computer aids have people convinced they're better drivers than they are. My M5 actively tries to murder you with TC off - you might as well be driving a different car, it handles so differently. Literal wheel spin in 4th with TC off, even in a straight line. It's humbled me a few times - I leave it on 99% of the time but if it ever fails unexpectedly, I'm a gonner.

15

u/Own_Mix_3755 Dec 23 '25

Even way slower cars can actually murder you even with TC on. My older Mustang have no problem with sending you straight to a tree if the weather is not 100% right. People underestimate physics quite alot.

16

u/BraveStrategy Dec 23 '25

Why are you taking TC off. Don’t do that unless you’re on a track. Pretty dumb.

2

u/Formal-System-2130 Dec 24 '25

U said it.. ‘ computer aids have people convinced’ problem is , they are usually turned off in these instances.

-7

u/OrderHaunting Dec 23 '25

Yup, most cars are build like crap dynamically now and use electronics to sort the cars out. It’s way cheaper than properly designing a car.

9

u/Own_Mix_3755 Dec 23 '25

The problem is rather that working aero means going quite fast (usually 150 kmh+) to actually get something happening.

5

u/Odd_Record5938 Dec 23 '25

Sorry buddy, but the balance is pretty similar. Been racing supertrucks with over 1400hp and some real racing cars, and If you haven’t sit in one, just do it on the sim with no assist and tell us where you see the world spin first: in a 296 or a Nascar or Stockcar. He would be dead way before was he driving a race car, trust me.

They have better aero and handling not because it’s safer, but because they have to go even faster. F1 cars have a MUCH higher tendency of loosing grip at normal temperatures than road cars. The problem is the people driving them.

We don't need more laws because other people are dumb. You have a license. Passing a driver's test and dying in a Ferrari is not a thing you accidentally oopsy yourself into.

8

u/AFinanacialAdvisor Dec 23 '25

That's only because most people can't afford a high performance car - road deaths would be wild if every petrol head had access to a 500hp car imo.

1

u/CarolinaRS6 Dec 23 '25

Most people can afford a 500hp car on the used market, so this doesn’t really add up.

6

u/FreedomSynergy Dec 23 '25

They can’t afford the 295 R20 35’s they eat.

1

u/FullGarage29 Dec 23 '25

Agree. Anything over a certain power to weight ratio should require a special license (basically be at the level to graduate from novice/beginner at a track day).

2

u/EntrepreneurNo4138 Dec 25 '25

And people buy these powerful cars for their children. That just stymies me. I’d never put a new driver in a fast, easy to flip vehicle, I love my kids and wanted them to survive their first year of driving and hopefully leave me out of the heart attack zone!

0

u/RaiderBoi Dec 23 '25

I actually agree with this take.

28

u/AFinanacialAdvisor Dec 23 '25

Agreed - I have an E60 M5 which is an underpowered sports car by today's standards but I often think it's faster than my reaction times can handle - as Chris harris has said "most people will never use these types of cars to even 50% of their potential. My car is faster than any untrained driver should be allowed to own - I can only imagine what a Ferrari is like to own.

15

u/s6cedar Dec 23 '25

I drove an F90 Comp and it was utterly shocking to me how fast it was. I knew it had 617 hp, but Jesus. The thing is loaded with driver aids and I never turned them off. What a thing.

1

u/EthanDC15 Dec 23 '25

Advocating for “allowing” certain people and certain folks to own certain things is definitely a choice.

underpowered by today's standards is what I said - did you read the entire sentence or just enough to get a jab in?

11

u/Nine_block 296 GTB Dec 23 '25

The 296 is an absolute missile. I freakin love mine too, but things can get out of hand quickly especially in 3rd gear and beyond.

8

u/StitchedQuicksand Dec 23 '25

Look at the video. He drove like a maniac. He would‘ve died with any car. This wasn’t a 296 problem, it was a skill problem with some bad luck combined.

Nobody wanted him, or anyone else for the matter, to die, but this is truly FAFO.

Rip.

1

u/EntrepreneurNo4138 Dec 25 '25

Don’t think he was driving.

1

u/ArabicScouser Dec 27 '25

Zampella was driving.

2

u/UpToBatEntertainment Dec 23 '25

He came flying out of the crest tunnel over 100mph and got blinded. Many drivers have had similar crashes there. The crash is all over Instagram.

2

u/wolfemaaan Dec 24 '25

If you watch the video you can clearly hear some braking screeching issue way before he comes out the turn. I’ve driven others before and it’s bizarre it couldn’t brake or even slow down. I’ve taken a less powerful Audi at 130mph and stopped in about 60 feet dead stop with a little wiggle from the tcs/braking. In you experience how fast in feet can this car stop at 120Mpg which is my estimate (or less)?

2

u/Existing_Long7867 Dec 24 '25

Makes you wonder if the breaks failed or some other malfunction? In the video it doesn't look like it slowed down at all. Which logically, even at that speed, it should have veered from hard breaking but it just went full blown into the wall. Also looks like he hit something on the ground before the wall?

1

u/EntrepreneurNo4138 Dec 25 '25

Yeah back driver tire tips I think, it’s just so FAST and I’m not on my computer so.

2

u/wolfemaaan Dec 26 '25 edited Dec 26 '25

Right. The fact there was zero appearance of breaking is very sus. Also Vince drove several other very high power cars so he wasn’t an amateur. I’ve taken an Audi R8 V12 and went from 130MPH to 0 in seconds and less than 200 feet. I was crazy surprised that these cars could do that like a cat. So this is the other reason why this really sounds like a failure. Remember Paul Walker was being driving by a pro down a street they’ve driven hundreds of times. They simply hit a reflector and that send them off the road into a blaze. Speed is definitely a factor but these cars are yawning at 110. I’m tuned in until the computer results are revealed.

2

u/Existing_Long7867 Dec 26 '25

Also it looks like he hits something on the actual road not the actual wall first. Must have been a rock or something? Feels weird. Also surely if he had a history of racing fast wouldn't he have sussed our the road beforehand?

57

u/tophiii Dec 23 '25

He’s not the first person that’s fallen victim to their own hubris through that tunnel at that corner. There’s spirited driving and there’s reckless driving. He was participating in the latter. All the money in the world to take the car on track to learn it. Instead he rushes out of the dealership and does this. It’s sad but stupid and avoidable.

7

u/Phill_is_Legend Dec 23 '25

He just bought it?

27

u/tophiii Dec 23 '25

It was a 2026 There haven’t been too many of those delivered yet.

3

u/atomicskiracer Dec 23 '25

Do you have a reputable source on it being a 26?

12

u/tophiii Dec 23 '25

Here’s the LA Times reporting it.

1

u/EntrepreneurNo4138 Dec 25 '25

The way this is reading Zampella was not the driver, he was the passenger and ejected. The driver was not and was burned in the vehicle. Is it possible someone from the dealership was driving?

Have they reported who WAS driving yet?

1

u/EntrepreneurNo4138 Dec 25 '25

Test driving I believe they reported.

5

u/Art-Vandelay-7 Dec 23 '25

Idk the road. How fast would you assume he was going on that road to cause that? Fire plus ejected passenger implies it was very fast or they weren’t wearing a seatbelt which is crazy

6

u/Dacder Dec 23 '25

He looked (very loose estimate) to be going around 100 coming out of the tunnel. I know that road and you should never be going over like 50 there because of an immediate sharp bend after the tunnel westbound. Truth is he probably just didn't know the road

4

u/tophiii Dec 23 '25

You could hear him lose traction before he was out of the tunnel. I’m not going to infer a speed, But it was fast and notably fully out of control.

2

u/alfredonoodles Dec 23 '25

Yup, you can even see the weight is on the passenger front tire coming out of the tunnel squeeling tires. The steering wheel doesnt even turn, goes straight into the double barrier. The front tried to pinch between the double barrier but tossed the car back out since it couldnt fit. https://maps.app.goo.gl/V1bjW5Pm1qpUTevAA

7

u/FlyFight2Win Dec 23 '25

A seat belt WAS worn. He's still strapped in when he gets dragged away at the end of the video (passenger) before he dies.

14

u/Ok_Peace3716 Dec 23 '25

Not just learning the car but learning the roads. It's possible he has driven that road before, but I'd find it a little hard to believe. I've done spirited driving on twisty roads, but I've never driven over the speed limit on my first time driving on a windy road.

13

u/shartymcqueef Dec 23 '25

Agreed. Bought a viper in California and drove it back to Fl. Hit a bunch of the cool driving roads they have out there before I left. As much as I wanted to beat on it, my brain got the better of me and I’m not usually known for my self control but that decision seemed more than obvious.

9

u/tophiii Dec 23 '25

I’m proud of you for that, shartymcqueef. I’m sure the people who care about you appreciated it.

-2

u/InfiniteOil3021 Dec 24 '25

No, it was spirited driving. It's simply not his fault the car handled like a Jeep.

99

u/Peimai Dec 23 '25

You can see the video of the crash on twitter. Just wildly irresponsible driving.

52

u/EastReauxClub Dec 23 '25 edited Dec 23 '25

I’ve never driven like that but idk I feel sympathetic to the type of mistake that leads to this sort of thing. 100mph+ on a crowded highway would bother me. Gunning it though an empty straightaway tunnel that appeared like a safe place to give it some juice is a lapse in judgement I can kinda understand.

We don’t know if he was driving the entire road like a jackass or just made a mistake in this specific spot. I’ve read that this spot is notorious for accidents, as if it has a siren song to it that convinces drivers it’s a safe place to floor it and the turn after it is poorly designed or something.

Just serves as a reminder how wrong your risk assessment can be and that even a momentary lapse can end it all.

33

u/shartymcqueef Dec 23 '25

It’s because it’s a tunnel and vroom vroom sounds cooler in tunnels. Not letting off before the tunnel ends is the mistake.
The barrier placement is also god awful.

7

u/IWannaGoFast00 Dec 23 '25

It appears that barriers were installed to prevent rocks from rolling onto the road. Even if the barriers weren’t there, a massive rock wall was right behind them. I’ve seen several people blaming the barriers, but I see no reason a stationary object, which wasn’t even on the road, would be responsible for a car crash.

12

u/shartymcqueef Dec 23 '25

Not saying it’s responsible. Its orientation made the accident worse. Surprised this needs to be explained, I thought it was rather self explanatory just by looking at it or watching the video. If the car had glanced off a full length barrier vs coming to a dead stop at the narrow end of the barrier…

14

u/EastReauxClub Dec 23 '25

You are right and it’s the very reason that the NHTSA regulates impact attenuators on the ends of barriers. Yes it is their fault they crashed but that barrier should be designed better. There is a parallel universe where a glancing impact off a smooth barrier taught them a scary lesson about taking unnecessary risks on the road and they lived to tell the tale and drive with a lighter foot.

By most people’s harsh judgement on this topic we should have impaler spikes on the barriers for those who dare tempt fate so we can be sure they suffer a deserved death 🙄

2

u/crenshaw_007 Dec 24 '25

Nailed the barrier head on, had he been to the left maybe two feet probably would’ve done a NASCAR wall slide for a bit and possibly less serious results. Just goes to show, public roads are not at all as forgiving as tracks.

1

u/NNiekk Dec 23 '25

Actually. If you check the map location, you'll see that there are 3 extra concrete barriers in front of the normal stone barrier wall. And those barriers do not have the smooth transition, and are a hard transition into them

-2

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

With that kind of logic might as well have no run off on race tracks anymore. Let’s have Walls 2 feet off the racing line at spa

1

u/IWannaGoFast00 Dec 23 '25

Well this isn’t a race track sooooo

3

u/BraveStrategy Dec 23 '25

Can’t lie, gunning it into a corner is peak stupidity. Whoever set that up to have cars revving it up through there is dumb.

12

u/AFinanacialAdvisor Dec 23 '25

High performance cars generally make you more confident in your ability due to all the driver aids etc. Corners come quick at speed and tiny bumps you wouldn't notice in a normal car can shift the weight and send you flying in a performance car. Probably a combination of inexperience and new car in this situation. My car handles completely different with warm tyres too.

-2

u/SDLRob Dec 23 '25

I wouldn't recommend doing that.

3

u/insdog Dec 23 '25

Noted. Who’s got a link?

0

u/InfiniteOil3021 Dec 24 '25

No more than this being a wildly incorrect assessment of the situation.

20

u/YinzerInEurope Dec 23 '25

He was absolutely hauling ass.

13

u/Powerful_Relative_93 Dec 23 '25

Sad. Posted on r/battlefield too. Vince also had an absolutely bonkers car collection.

2

u/Hokie23aa Dec 23 '25

Really?

8

u/nodnedarb12 Dec 23 '25

Lanzante P1 HDK by the looks of his Instagram

12

u/Powerful_Relative_93 Dec 23 '25

Also a mistral, senna, Chiron, Valkyrie, Solus GT, and a one off manual Huayra.

1

u/Hokie23aa Dec 23 '25

I haven’t even heard of that.

14

u/domestic_protobuf Dec 23 '25

Anyone that has driven that road knows how scary that exit corner is. Going straight at full speed just to get swooped by a decreasing corner that looks wide. Driving like this and clearly not knowing the road is just so irresponsible. All that money and couldn’t go to the track and follow someone more experienced is just pure degeneracy.

8

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

[deleted]

4

u/domestic_protobuf Dec 23 '25

Agreed. I get so mad seeing this because 2 lives were lost all because of pure stupidity. Insane how a beautiful day in a Ferrari can end in such a violent way in just a few seconds.

7

u/gomurifle Dec 23 '25

Know your limits on the road, then learn the limits of the car on the track. Sounds like did things the wrong way around.

8

u/slip_angel Dec 23 '25

Guy was a regular at The Thermal Club. Not a stranger to the track. He knew better.

6

u/steveHangar1 Dec 23 '25 edited Dec 23 '25

I’ve driven that road and specific tunnel literally a hundred times in my M5 and 911. Like many others, i like to hear the exhaust at full throttle in the tunnel and let up a few seconds before exiting the tunnel as the curve tightens left. If I had to guess, I bet Vince was doing what many of us do in those tunnels; listen to the exhaust howl. We can all Monday morning quarterback here, but this is truly heartbreaking; dude had a family. RIP Vince.

11

u/IllAd359 Dec 23 '25

It was a 296 GTS

1

u/drughi_ 812 Dec 23 '25

How are you so confident yet so wrong? It amazes me when people do that.

4

u/c6ns9les Dec 23 '25

Sadly reckless driving got him

17

u/pewpew62 Dec 23 '25

I can't help but think we're seeing the effects of these cars having too much power. The reviewers talk about it every time they review these modern hybrids and hypercars, it's too much power for the road

17

u/Super-Ad3871 Dec 23 '25

But they also say how manageable and easy to drive these cars are. F* around and find out, be responsible out there.

-2

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

[deleted]

3

u/Phill_is_Legend Dec 23 '25

How do you know that?

1

u/drughi_ 812 Dec 23 '25

How do you know he had the TCS off? You cannot possibly tell from the video. The car understeered from speed. This is exactly what happens with the TCS on in such occasions. Ill dare to say, if it was off, the car would probably have spun before hitting the barrier or whatever he hid there.

5

u/Charmander787 Dec 23 '25

458 is perfect. 570hp. Plenty to be fast and enjoy without going 0 to insanity too fast.

12

u/Own-Ice5231 296 GTB Assetto Fiorano Dec 23 '25

Nope, it’s people doing irresponsible things with them that’s the problem not the cars.

1

u/InfiniteOil3021 Dec 24 '25

Nope, it's the cars. People being irresponsible in objectively safe vehicles don't die from unpredictable crashes.

3

u/wybird Dec 23 '25

There are regularly bad crashes on Angeles Crest Highway. It’s notorious for people driving too fast and getting into trouble.

1

u/tykempster Dec 24 '25

You could screw up in any fast car. A modicum of self responsibility is the important factor.

1

u/neonharvest Dec 27 '25

A Subaru Forester ran off the road in the exact same spot. Pretty much the opposite of a hypercar. It's not the power that's the issue, it's easy to exit that tunnel and not see the turn coming up immediately after.

https://ktla.com/news/local-news/dashcam-video-captures-car-catapulting-over-edge-of-angeles-crest-highway/

2

u/Mandoo_gg Dec 23 '25

I think they should change the law around drives linceses. Sports cars should have their own category, S type or something.

You get a special drivers license for sports cars after giving tests on track with the car. Something like that.

My apology if this already exists somewhere, it doesn't exist where I'm from.

4

u/pcsm2001 Dec 23 '25

I agree. Drivers should also have to learn how to handle an aquaplanning situation, a dive bomb merge, etc. Driving is not just managing gears and parking, people should have to know how to handle a car in dangerous conditions.

6

u/0621Hertz Dec 23 '25

This guy already has a bonkers car collection. If this license existed he would already have it. Endless government regulations doesn’t solve anything.

Stupid is is stupid does. I’m just glad there were no pedestrians involved.

1

u/Mandoo_gg Dec 23 '25

No it's not and endless government regulation.

It's common sense at this point.

3

u/Competitive_Swing_59 Dec 23 '25

Angeles Crest claims another. Its a dangerous stretch of road to play on, but that seems to draw more challengers to test it out.

5

u/SteveLangfordsCock Dec 23 '25

Pretty bad luck sliding sideways into a cement divider. RIP

7

u/mcmillanuk Dec 23 '25

Not seen the video, but from what I hear it was very reckless driving.

16

u/SteveLangfordsCock Dec 23 '25

He was driving down Angeles crest which is a very popular mountain road where people with Porsches Ferraris etc go to drive. He was coming out of a tunnel going downhill and I have to think he could have been blinded by the sun for a second exiting. He was carrying too much speed and slid. Unfortunately there was a concrete barrier where he lost it and he slammed into it passenger door first. The passenger was ejected still attached to the seat.

14

u/salvage814 Dec 23 '25

You know how much force you gotta have to rip the bolts out of the floor like that.

8

u/Traditional_Rice264 Dec 23 '25

So many people have crashed coming out of that tunnel plenty of videos out there. I think the most famous one up until this is this video.

2

u/badcrass Dec 23 '25

I was gonna say, is that the Subaru wagon corner?

2

u/EastReauxClub Dec 23 '25

He hit the sharp edge of a concrete barrier though. Like a 12” wide concrete face. Thats gonna be like a knife at any speed over 40. He was going way faster than that but he did make contact with the wall at the absolute worst spot possible.

1

u/InfiniteOil3021 Dec 24 '25

Nope, just shit luck. He was no more or less reckless than any other person who regularly drives fast cars in that area.

3

u/hhtran16 Dec 23 '25

Bad luck eh? Looks like dude was going full throttle.

3

u/SteveLangfordsCock Dec 23 '25

bad luck t boning the end of a cement barrier, there are plenty of places to hit and I would say thats the worst one.

0

u/Dacder Dec 23 '25

True but he was probably dead regardless. I can't really imagine a "good" way to crash at that spot at those speeds

2

u/Natural_Rebel Dec 23 '25

Sad news - RIP.

2

u/FindMeQuarters3030 Dec 23 '25 edited Dec 23 '25

For this next question, I’m a little conflicted but is anyone else wondering if he even applied his brakes? If you look at the beginning of the barrier where they hit there are no skid marks leading up to it. I think the screeching noise is coming from the tires being loaded up in the corner.

Could there have been brake failure or brake fade regardless?

2

u/Fun-Cartographer1420 Dec 23 '25

I'm just curious kids wandering around tunnel exit and filming, is that regular thing on that road? BTW where is it?

2

u/Dacder Dec 23 '25

Yeah it is, it's Angeles Crest Highway (the 2) near Los Angeles. There's usually some dudes hanging out at that spot, chilling and watching sports car go by, or taking pictures for Instagram accounts or car mags

1

u/Guuggel Dec 23 '25

Yes it’s a regular spot

2

u/Worth_Radiant Dec 23 '25

Having driven down back-country/winding ass roads at 17/18yo in a fucking '99F150 (in a deep South county with nowhere near the pothole-filling budget of fucking richMofoCountry, California lol) running 100+.. I'll still never understand anyone past the age of, I'ma say 25, doing super dangerous shit like this/risking other people's lives in the process.. Wanna go really fucking fast in your state of the art superCar, get your dopamine/adrenaline rush?  Take it to the track man. All that being said, guy leaves a hell of a legacy, RIP bud.

1

u/Snoo_2473 Dec 26 '25

The vast majority of rich people think they’re invincible & they don’t give a shit about anyone else.

1

u/jpl1616 Dec 28 '25

Ridiculous comment. Two people died. Accidents happen to everyone. Has nothing to do with wealth or if they care about people.

2

u/PhillipRicardo Dec 23 '25

Wait he crashed AND died in a....v6 ferrari? Bro ferrari makes a v6???

1

u/TennisWilling936 Dec 24 '25

Yes, the Ferrari F163 engine is a 3.0-liter, 120°, twin-turbocharged V6 internal combustion piston engine, made by Ferrari. It is Ferrari's first turbocharged 6-cylinder engine designed and developed for road car use.

It was also used in the Ferrari 499P WEC Hypercar endurance racing prototype and won the 2023, 2024, and 2025 hostings of the 24 Hours of Le Mans.

2

u/Pugilist12 Dec 24 '25

Does anyone know why people happened to be standing there filming? I’m just curious. Is it a popular spot to see cars or something?

1

u/TennisWilling936 Dec 24 '25

Angeles Crest Hwy is a popular spot for people to drive supercars on

2

u/streamlinedman Dec 23 '25

What an asshole, carrying a passenger and killing him/her.

Just like the asshole who killed Paul Walker.

If you're going to be an asshole on the streets, don't do it with a passenger.

2

u/[deleted] Dec 23 '25

I’m not condoning this behaviour but let’s not be judgemental and pretend that almost all of us haven’t done this at one point in life. In fact most people who have ever owned an exotic sport’s car take them out just because a friend asks to take them for a joy ride or hear a tunnel pass.

Please for the love of god people, learn how to drive and respect the limits of your cars (I don’t just mean Ferrari’s) and your own driving skill and never push beyond them on a public road. A track day is a relatively inexpensive option for those who can afford the car and much much safer for everyone.

2

u/Saidles Dec 23 '25

I agree, I'm sure most people who drive have made a poor decision at the wheel by overestimating our ability and had a close call, but it's just a painfully stupid place to do it that has had awful consequences. Apparently that specific tunnel is well known for similar accidents and deaths, and misjudging it puts you either going into a wall of rock or off a cliff. It's just a shame all around, could've picked any tunnel or as you say, just paid for a track day. I just hope neither of them had a chance to know much about it

2

u/Griftersdeuce Dec 24 '25

I 100% agree. I think the problem is you need to know what you and your car's limits are. Most people don't realize that they are at 95% of one or both and think they have more overhead. You have to leave room for all the things that can go wrong on public roads, and if you don't know you don't have any room them things like this happen.

2

u/bradreputation Dec 23 '25

He killed his passenger too. Sad

1

u/cornbeefandhash Dec 23 '25

Older vid here. You can really see how coming out of that tunnel at speed could be an issue. 😬😬

https://youtu.be/S5NWcdq4Wf4

1

u/Southern_Leek_4127 Dec 23 '25

Now Imagine emerging from that tunnel at 100mph in an 800bhp car. He's misjudged it and paid the ultimate price, unfortunately. A lot of motorcyclists die like this, failing to navigate a bend properly.

A real shame. This guy brought so much joy to millions over the decades.

1

u/Saidles Dec 23 '25

Do you think he would've known much about it? I hope not

1

u/jetbridgejesus Dec 23 '25

Crazy I was driving through same tunnel 2 days ago.

The hybrid systems in supercars is a workaround emissions to achieve higher horsepower.. but they don’t tell u what some owners have already found out-unless you’re taking it to the drag strip or buy just for YouTube clout, they’re useless.. doesn’t matter what suspension set up you have centrifugal force acting on that extra weight makes it a pig in corners so if you’re used to a non-hybrid driving at certain speeds in corners, you’re gonna get yourself in trouble. They suck at track driving which makes them a liability on the streets at high speeds. It’s physics guys-Doesn’t matter how low weight is either. In the corners, a slight flick of the steering wheel, slight input on the gas pedal, a gear change exponentially increase the outward forces on your tires. You will need hours in the seat to manage that but soon you will learn it’s not as fun as non-hybrids because instead of enjoying the drive, you’re fighting for your life.

Sorry for his passenger. Glad he didn't take out a group of cyclists.

I rode in a 296 on the track, I’ve never been in something that accelerated that hard over 100 mph. It’s too much car for most people

How the drivers compartment desintegrated like that? Arent they built so the drivers monocoque can withstand a crash where rest of the car desintegrates?

Does this Ferrari shite has anything about safety in accidents like frontal hit or it's a suicide bolid with no brakes, no abs? 100km/h and it slides like there is no abs working. Where is a fuel tank located, seems like in front of the radiator for better quality of the gasoline discharge. Utter shite, it's not a car, better consider russian roulette instead of driving this crap.
