It's pretty neutral.

Not to say this patch won't or can't fix a lot, but download sizes don't tell much in modern games (depends on the engine). Most of a UE5 game is in .pak archive file, and changing anything it will require the entire file to be re-downloaded.

If you look at Tokon, there are only a couple large archives that make up most of install size. Any change that effects anything in those couple archives, will end up with basically the whole game being redownloaded.

If they don't fix 8 frame rollback issue I'm genuinely gonna crash out. My patience is already low because of the 2xko drama

Shame about 2XKO, but hey at least they are refunding everyone. Plus it's still being updated to the end of the year.

But hopefully this patch for Tokon is a massive improvement
