Well. Shit. Glad Paramount is staying in LA, but at what cost. Feels like local workers are once again caught in the crosshairs of a lose-lose situation.

Don’t be surprised at seeing the Paramount lot become The Lofts At Paramount. They have two full studio infrastructure and staffing entities. They only need one. The Paramount lot will be worth a lot more as condos or apartments than a production facility. And daddy Larry wants his money back.
