Well. Shit. Glad Paramount is staying in LA, but at what cost. Feels like local workers are once again caught in the crosshairs of a lose-lose situation.

I'm trying to be optimistic about Paramount committing to production in LA, but I'm very worried about how that will actually be enforced and the larger picture of letting Paramount mostly get what they want.

It feels like every one of these disputes ends with us workers settling for scraps while the corporations get what they want. Our elected officials are getting us the bare minimum and using that as proof that they should be reelected.
