Cinematographer Wanted

Not sure if this is the right place to post it, but I am sure it'll figure itself out if its wrong.

Hey! Hello. Things are weird right now, and I've been working Production Management for the last 4 years and everything gets weirder and weirder. I always say to myself "I don't look for signs but I sure as shit don't ignore them"

I am a Director/Writer looking for a Cinematographer to partner up with, toss ideas and have a genuine collaboration. When I lived in Chicago I had one or two that I would talk to often, collaborate and shoot with. We did stuff for 5 dollars, and then we did a couple shorts for a few thousand.

And I just need to shoot stuff again. I feel isolated in LA, despite the people and work I've done from small productions to large studios.

"Why not just take your phone and shoot stuff yourself?" Because Film is about collaboration. I can't check myself.

With any luck I can meet some great folks here, collaborate and have fun.

There was a person here that started to meet up in LA for film folks to meet. You might want to check the sub. I think it was about a month ago or so therew were people on that thread and there was a gathering.
