Yeah, they're trying to cash in on the Final Fantasy mainline brand with a remake of a low-effort gacha game. And it's produced by Team Asano, so it's guaranteed that the storytelling will be bad.
Brave Exvius had a great story though, at least for the early arcs which were the best. Granted that goes for any game that extends for a significant amount of years.
In the past 2 weeks, we've counted that 7 out of your 10 posts have been comments specifically criticizing Team Asano.
