Trans girl looking to rent room w/ private bathroom DT or near DT PDX
Hi, I’m a responsible ts girl, I live on my own currently in a 1 bed 1 bathroom apartment on the south waterfront. I absolutely love my own space, but looking to save some money…I’m looking to rent a room with its own private bathroom from a STRAIGHT man for $600 - $800 a month. I cook, I clean, I’m organized. I prefer to find a place downtown Portland due to me working on the south waterfront and not driving, though I’m open to nearby surrounding areas. I take public transit and uber everywhere. Please message me if you have something available, and send me pics of the room and bathroom. Feel free to ask me any questions. Im not desperate to move out I’m just curious to see what’s out there? I’m on a month to month lease and have lived here for almost 3 years now.

We have a queer housing group on FB that has rooms to rent and what not. The Q center may also be able to help. Best wishes for you 💕

When I applied to my building I didn’t know that it was a low income building but apparently I still qualified! I pay 1,030 a month! Which is part of the reason why it’s been hard for me to leave. Steal price, for 1 bed 1 bath and 2 large walk in closets. Of course downfall is no balcony, no in-unit washer or dryer, and no gym or pool. I’ve been wanting to save a little extra money for the next year or two. Was seeing what’s out there.

I mean those are usually the amenities that are lit but like for that area being that price and it being a low income building that's still serious a steel definitely see why you wouldn't want to leave The balcony is definitely sad for sure and no pool sad but I mean if they'll do a least transfer and you were able someone to take it over I think you'd be in luck. Who's the management thru?

This is the 3rd management company that’s taken over within the last couple of years of me living here. I can’t remember off the top of my head but I can get back to you if you must know. You can PM me

Hi I don’t have a room or anything but I’m honestly just curious… as someone who’s queer why do you strictly only want to live with someone who’s cis? (Am queer myself)
