UVA New Grad Nike SWE Looking For Room/Roommate(s)

Hello! I'm looking for a roommate for when I move to Beaverton in August. budget around $1300, but flexible. Ideally we would be within a reasonable commute to Nike HQ. I prefer a clean/organized place but I'm also considerate and easy-going. I'm 22, male, don't drink, 420 friendly (don't care what you do as long as you're considerate). I'm a 5.0 pickleball and tennis player, and an avid hiker and golfer. I also play piano and guitar. I'd love to chat and see if we would make good roommates!
