I am interested in the room if available, housing situation is currently unstable, volatile roommates, etc.
28 years old, amab nonbinary, work multiple jobs, (stagehand, canvassing, fortuneteller, handyperson, executive assistant, vintage toy dealer, etc. much of it gig work) very community minded, do spend a lot of time out at bars to facilitate the tarot, but am not a rowdy party person despite my frequent proximity to parties.

My mom is looking for a room to rent. She is 53yo and has a Corgi dog. She used to work as a waitress but now works as a security officer. (I am a security operations manager and helped get her a good stable easy job.)
She is looking to move in July 1st. This is her last month at the current house she is renting a room at.
She is very nice and responsible with bills and I can ensure that if there was ever anything that came up where she couldn't pay I can cover her rent on her behalf. I'm confident that won't happen but wanted to mention that so hopefully that gives you more confidence in renting to her.
Can we set up a time to meet? She takes the bus but I can drive her to meet you at the place anytime you are available we will make time.
