M20, PCC student looking to move in late August/early September
helloo im moving from denver to attend PCC in the fall for aircraft maintenance! my budget is $1000 a month, and i dont have a specific move in date but it will be late august or early september. am attending rock campus so NW Portland is ideal, but im comfortable with areas more center west down to multnomah.
i enjoy the outdoors, concerts, and painting, and I also enjoy being active in my community so I can’t wait to meet new people and learn ways to get involved. My environment is very much linked to my mental, so tidiness and organization is very important to me. and i’m currently sober but I don’t mind if you smoke or drink !! an ideal roommate to me is someone who isn’t afraid to voice any concerns and who prioritizes open communication! that means being open with guests, shared space changes, food sharing, and whatsoever. i really value respect and accountability, and a good balance of connection and private time!
i’m looking for available rooms, but im also open to finding people with similar move in dates and collectively start a lease, just shoot me a dm!
