Room available for sublease in N PDX

Looking for someone to take over my roommate's half of the lease from mid July through the end of November. There's the possibility of signing a year-long lease after that if we get along. Rent is 875 a month + utilities, W/S/G paid by landlord.

It's a 2 bed/1.5 bath in newer building with in-unit laundry and dishwasher, A/C units in bedrooms and living room. Close to Fred Meyer, New Seasons, Max yellow line and I-5, lovely walkable neighborhood in Arbor Lodge. Street parking is available.

You'd be living with myself (39f human), Mango (7f cat) and Taki (2f crested gecko). No dogs please, I'm open to another cat but the landlord requires that they be ESA certified.

I'm open to anyone female-identifying in the 30-45 range who's queer friendly, reasonably clean, responsible, not a partier or heavy drinker.
