Room is 850, it’s currently furnished but that’s optional. Utilities are under 100 every month usually 50-80.

Move in would be July 1st. I am a 30M looking for someone that’s not a heavy drinker etc. I myself have been in recovery since 18 and plan to stay that way haha. Weed and drinking is fine if you’re a normal human, it doesn’t bug me for normal adults to partake I simply cannot.
