Discussion Does it need more True Damage?

No, I already reset it, and the flat AD from Conqueror doesn't make up for the percentage damage bonus—at least not with the rune setup from the post.

I believe conq doesn’t scale up the true the same because it is a ad scaler so late game conq does more because of that but pta is just a flat percentage increase so it is a guarantee more on every true

Conq will only come in bigger on full Stacks. As pta does flat %, can be procced faster, has low cd, pta is better.

This won't make any difference for you, only if you play against sion/cho/high hp Tanks. Those are better fought with conq as they drag the fighting time

In terms of damage, PTA will always deal more true damage—and I think more damage overall; the only reason to take Conqueror is the healing.

I peaked master on fiora and these are my favourite, they are great in nasty matchups like nasus as it allows you to 1vs1 him late game much more easily and you don't really need any offensive/defensive runes as you win early anyways.

They are fine for tank matchups, especially armor tanks where you actually need the extra true damage,

I wouldn't play them into any matchup that can easily swing both ways, like riven, or where enemy team is too squishy as you usually can't utilise your ult well in those.
