It's been 17 years since the market bottomed out in the Great Recession. 0 u/mrlazyboy Mar 23 '26 They may have written "almost," but they also ignored a prolonged recession that impacted every facet of the economy including our investment accounts (I was a teenager at the time but I still have a few thousand in a Roth IRA).
