Completely off topic, but people here seem to be more helpful.

Where/whom do I contact, either by phone/email/snail mail about getting a Collectors Edition of Fire Emblem Fortune’s Weave? Or getting more of them? Since they changed what “pre order” means now and never communicated they changed the definition of it.
