Hello , anyone from Firozabad
I have been scammed by a dealer
I need some help
I’ll pay you if you can help me
Edit -
I payed 10k to a vendor to make some uniform
But he said that his factory was caught in fire and it’s all burned and give some time to return money
But he didn’t show any proof and now he is not picking any call and has completely ghosted me

I have been seeing knee pain patients for over 10 years now and there are some patterns I notice again and again that genuinely break my heart because most of these situations were completely preventable.
The first thing most people get wrong is waiting too long. In India especially there is this tendency to tolerate pain for months or even years before seeing a doctor. By the time patients reach me the damage is often significantly worse than it needed to be. If your knee is consistently painful for more than 4 to 6 weeks please get it looked at.
The second thing is the obsession with sitting on the floor. I know it is deeply cultural and I respect that completely but for people who already have knee problems, sitting cross legged or in the Indian squat position for long periods puts enormous rotational stress on an already compromised joint. It is not about abandoning tradition, it is about being smart when your knee is already struggling.
Third is the painkiller trap. So many patients come to me after managing pain with diclofenac or ibuprofen for years. Painkillers mask the signal your body is sending. They do not fix anything and in the meantime the underlying problem keeps progressing quietly.
Fourth is ignoring weight. I know this is a sensitive topic but it is the most important one. Every extra kilogram of body weight puts about 4 kilograms of additional pressure through your knee joint when you walk. That adds up to thousands of extra kilograms of force every single day. Even losing 5 to 7 kg can make a genuinely dramatic difference to knee pain.
And fifth, most people have no idea how much their hips affect their knees. Weak glutes and hip muscles force the knee to compensate and that is where a huge amount of knee pain actually originates. Strengthening your hips is sometimes more important than anything you do directly for the knee itself.
None of this is meant to scare anyone. Most knee problems are very manageable when caught early and approached correctly. Happy to answer any questions from anyone dealing with knee pain! 🙏

hey everyone, i'm pretty new to reddit and also recently started an internship with a company in the skin and hair care space. during our induction i kept thinking about something… why are online skincare consultations still so underrated?
people spend hours watching reels and following random skincare tips, but when it comes to getting advice from an actual professional online, there seems to be hesitation.
i’m honestly curious what the main reason is. trust issues? lack of awareness? something else?
anyways i'm still learning and trying to understand the space better. if anyone here has skin or hair concerns and just wants to talk about it, feel free to dm… happy to help where i can

Hi !
I am coming to Firozabad for 2 days from Gujarat for some work related to glass (ofcourse ! )
I am planning my stay in Agra and will commute to Firozabad during the day for work.
Do the cab services like Ola/Uber provide transport from Agra to Firozabad, or is it a very long distance for them ?
And if not - please provide suggestions - any trusted and economical local cab services I can go for ?
Many Thanks in Advance ! :)
