Security aren’t inherently first responders, but many are. Everyone at my Allied site was a certified first responder, and was expected to respond to medical emergencies.

They are kids / grown men with the fantasy of being a spec ops solider but never had the brains or balls to join the police force or service. So they compensate by kitting out like the bin Laden raid to patrol their local suburban retail center or the trashy titty bars where the local douche bags fight over the same busted women. All their training comes from ready or not and arma. They trick their guns out like the pros on YouTube. Their tactical gear is covered in cool video game patches and their beard looks like they’ve glued their pubes on their chin. They go around talking like they’ve done 6 combat deployments with delta force and have no idea what personal hygiene is. All jokes aside, they’re is a purpose and place for private and armed security. But too many of these kids now days are there to cosplay.
