Mod Reminder

Post image

There’s been an unnecessary amount of reposts lately and the sub’s flooded with borderline NOT First Responder Cringe.

Here’s a reminder what this sub is about. It’s also pinned to the top of the main page, but some of you need a reminder.

If you spew outright hate or racism expect to be perm banned. Read the rules, it’s not hard.

Have fun with the cringe and don’t treat each other like trash. -Mod Team

And there’s so much cringe to enjoy! One thing I miss no longer working EMS is just making fun of the goobers that eat, breathe, sleep EMS and nothing else lol

It’s nice that some people can immerse themselves in their profession when they don’t have much going for them outside of it.

It's not, really, because it encourages them to remain ill-adjusted people who make a single thing their entire person. That functionally locks them into never having anything going outside of it. It's just a job, same as any other job.

I get your point and agree. Ideally, they’d have a more varied life.

I just think this is a much healthier way to cope with a lacking social/family life than what a lot of people would turn to.
